Once you’re done with your 4ocean product, please reach out to our customer service team to receive a prepaid shipping label.
The 4ocean Closed-Loop Program is only available in the U.S. for now, but we plan to expand in the future.

PRODUCT STORY
4ocean x Stasher
Endlessly reusable, incredibly durable

Plastic snack bags are often used for just a few hours before they’re thrown away

Our lunch litter becomes this seabird’s next meal
Plastic sandwich and snack bags have been a lunchbox staple for decades. But now we know that these convenient plastic baggies are just one of many single-use plastics that are trashing our oceans and our planet.
The average U.S. family uses 500 plastic storage bags each year. Home to around 328.23 million people with an average family size of 2.6 as of 2019, the U.S. alone uses an average of 63,115,385 plastic storage bags every year.
Plastic tupperware isn’t an ideal solution because it’s not very durable and lids are notoriously easy to lose. These reusable alternatives are often thrown away, which only exacerbates the problem of plastic waste and pollution.
The idea for Stasher bags came to founder Kat Nouri one Wednesday morning as she packed her kids’ lunches and realized just how much plastic she and her family were consuming every day.
With a background in designing and developing silicone textiles, Kat saw an opportunity to create a totally unique and revolutionary product. Something both beautiful and functional that could be used over and over again, both inside and outside the kitchen.
Stasher’s non-toxic silicone storage bags are now an incredibly popular and super convenient alternative to single-use plastic sandwich and storage bags. Since 2016, Stasher bags have prevented over a billion single-use plastic bags from entering the ocean and our landfills.
