In order to return your item(s) within the 60 day grace period, please send the item to:

Please DO NOT send bracelets in a letter envelope because it will be processed through an automated machine that ruins the item during the return. It must be shipped as a parcel and not a letter.
Please provide the following information in your package as well:
- Your full name and address
- Your order number
- Your reason for this return
- Any other comments or suggestions for the 4ocean Team
Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return for a refund for any item outside of a warranty claim.
