I can’t believe I saw this at a concert…

A Collaboration That Strikes a Chord

"I wanted to share a pretty awesome experience I had recently at a Dave Matthews Band concert. I got my wife tickets to the show for Mother’s Day because she is a huge fan, and we recently went to the concert in West Palm Beach. Shortly after getting into the venue, we checked out the merchandise booth, and sitting there on their display rack was a 4ocean x DMB bracelet."

I knew that the partnership was happening, but it was pretty surreal to finally see it in person. Dave Matthews Band has always been one of our favorite bands, so it was amazing to see this collaboration at an actual concert.

DMB not only cranks out some awesome music, but they are also doing amazing things in the sustainability space. They have committed to planting 5 million trees, with 4 million already planted. They encouraged fans to bring reusable bottles and even provided water refill stations to cut down on single-use plastic.

They were selling water in aluminum cans instead of plastic and had designated recycling bins for plastic, aluminum, and landfill items. The venue's recycling leaderboard showed they recycled 5,538 pounds at the last show and a total of 41,087 pounds this season.
