4ocean Plastic is recovered from oceans, rivers, and coastlines worldwide. Each pound is photographed, geo-tagged, and recorded on the blockchain for full chain-of-custody transparency.
4ocean Plastic is sorted by color, condition, and polymer type — PET, PP, and HDPE — then cleaned and prepared for processing. Contaminants are removed to meet certification standards.
Sorted 4ocean Plastic is converted into pellets or flakes at certified facilities. Each batch is tested against material data sheet specifications before moving forward.
Every batch of 4ocean Plastic receives a Material Data Sheet (MDS) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) with full chain of custody documentation.
