Update your preferences by the 11th of the month to apply them to your upcoming subscription order. Changes made after the 11th will apply to future subscription orders.
Any changes you make will apply to all future orders. You must update your subscription preferences again if you want to switch back to your original bracelet style.
That depends on when you sign up! If you sign up between the 15th and last day of the month, you will need to purchase this month’s limited edition bracelet separately as your first charge will be for our upcoming Bracelet of the Month, which ships to subscribers before it’s released publicly.
If you sign up between the 1st and 14th, expect two charges in your first month; the first is for our current Bracelet of the Month which we’ll ship to you immediately. You’ll be charged again on the 15th when next month’s bracelet ships. After that, you’ll see only one charge on the 15th of each month.
You will always be billed on the 15th of the month—the day your subscription order ships.
Both prepaid and monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term and will be billed on the 15th of the last month of your term.
For example, if you signed up for a 3-month prepaid subscription in January, you would be billed for another 3-month subscription on March 15.

Yes, it will! Both our prepaid and monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of their term.
It’s best to pause or cancel your subscription by the 11th of the month to ensure it’s updated in our system. If you need to pause or cancel after that time, please reach out to info@4ocean.com and let us know.
Yes! If you’d like to pull pounds without getting a new bracelet every month, sign up for our Plastic Offset Program or our Custom Ocean Cleanup Service instead.
